About — Devon Sprague

A little bit about me…

Hi, I’m Devon. I am a motivated and creative UX Researcher and Designer with over 10 years experience in customer service. Given the opportunity to reassess my career goals in 2020, I decided to combine what I loved most about my previous career track - helping people - and my passion for visually pleasing designs by retraining myself in the UX discipline through Udacity’s UX Nanodegree program. Throughout my career, I have been a tireless advocate for the end user - always deeply empathizing with their challenges and struggles. I am beyond excited to bring my fresh perspective and enthusiasm for continuous learning and intuitive designs to the UX world!
When I’m not honing my UX skills, you can find me curled up with a good book, trying out a new cookie recipe, or watching the latest Netflix series with my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Barney.
